Once new project is submitted, the supervisor will proceed to the verification.
here is an instructions for approval flow.

Once new project is submitted, the supervisor will proceed to the verification.
In the case of sublicensee, the process will be as below.

This process is called a stage, and three stages are needed to be repeated to fully
complete the approval process as following:

Concept　→　Prototype / Pre-production product　→　Sample

*Some projects may not require the Prototype stage.

From Document Menu, you can check the projects which are in process or completed.

After receiving the feedback

Once the supervisor checks the project, you will get the feedback in Inbox whether the project is approved or rejected.
Make sure to review the feedback and proceed to the next operation.

In case of Approval

If the design is approved, you will proceed to the next stage. If the design is approved with a change, follow the instructions in the feedback, and make necessary modifications before moving on.

In case of Redesign

If the design is not approved, read the comment section and follow the instruction. Make sure to change or redesign as requested before re-submitting.

Click Submit button when all the required items are filled (Figure 3- ① ).
The project will be re-submitted to the supervisor to process the stage.
